Emily Villa is actually two adjacent self-contained houses with three bedrooms each and a shared pool. It is ideal for 2 families or 2 groups of friends, who wish to holiday together but at the same time enjoy the complete privacy of their own home. Each individual house is fully equipped and can be rented out separately, only the large overflow pool (11m x 6m) and the garden is shared between the two houses. Emily Villa enjoys the best of both worlds as it lies half-way between the seaside resort of Ayia Napa, famous for it's nightlife and clubbing, and Protaras, a more family-oriented beach resort. The sandy cove of Konos is only 1 km away, while the beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 1 & 3 kms away. Garden & Facilities The villa is situated in a large garden (2,200 sq. metres) full of flowers and fruit trees, including lemon, orange, mandarin, pomegranate, peach and fig trees, as well as grape vines.
