Fellas apartments - two studio flats are available. They are about 200 yards from the beach. Both flats have a balcony. Flat 3 is on the raised ground floor. Flat 7 is on the first floor. The gardens next to the house have children's playground with swings, slides, benches. The flats are fully furnished, with fitted kitchen, cutlery, crockery, cooking facilities, hot and cold water, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, clock, radio, TV, hairdryer, pressing iron, shower. Flat 3 has two divans, one single (3ft) and one small double (3ft 6in) Flat 7 has one double (4ft 6in) and one single (3ft) bed. All beds are made up with clean linen. Flat 3 have air conditioning plus heating. Flat 7 have provision for heating but no air conditioning; the electricity is charged extra, at cost, during the winter months. The electricity for Flat 3 is also charged extra by use of an electric slot meter taking (UK) 1 coin - available from local banks. A solar collector provides hot water for Flat 3 during summer and in the winter when it is not cloudy. Immersion heaters are available in both flats.
