Security Deposit: A returnable deposit of Euro 400.00 will be required, and will be payable upon arrival, to cover any loss, breakages or damage occasioned by the use of the property by the parties to this agreement. The costs for any damage or breakages, except minor ones, shall be the tenant's responsibility and shall be payable to us upon demand. The security deposit shall be refunded after the property has been vacated following an inspection of the property upon your departure.
