Polis is located very close to Paphos, on the northern coast, less than 1 hour drive. Polis is an agricultural town of Cyprus with its small fishing village of Latchi. By the legend, Aphrodite would take her beauty baths in the pool of this natural grotto, which is shaded by a fig tree, and has a continuous run of water from the overhead rocks. |
