Yakovos apartment is a super luxury modern apartment which can accomodate up to four people (cot and high chair available upon request) The apartment is part of a beautiful, very well looked after private area with private parking for residents only. Our apartment has a 3 x 3m sea view veranda with garden furniture which will comfortably seat 5 and is perfect for relaxing after a days sunbathing. Yakovos apartment is fully equipped and furnished to the highest standards with brand new electrical appliances with hot/cold air condition units throughout, satellite TV, a Jacuzzi Steam shower in the bathroom, pressurized water system with solar/electric water heating. Lounge The living room contains two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV and DVD player and the patio doors which lead to the sea view veranda. A ceiling mounted air-conditioning unit is nicely hidden above the patio doors in a plasterboard enclosure with spot lights and aluminum grilles. Kitchen The apartment has an open plan modern kitchen with all the electrical appliances you will need during your stay. The kitchen has two fridges; a stainless steel fitted electric oven and hob, a brilliant stainless steel extractor with spot lights, toaster, microwave and kettle. The kitchen has a complete set of crockery and utensils. The dining area is situated next to the kitchen with a wonderful glass table and five chairs. Main Bedroom The main bedroom has a double bed with two side tables and bedside lamps. The bedroom has been fitted with built in wardrobes with a safe inside. All sheets and blankets are provided for your stay. An iron and ironing board is also provided for your needs plus a hair dryer. A ceiling mounted air-conditioning unit is placed above the door. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has two single beds with a side table and fully fitted wardrobes. A ceiling mounted air-conditioning unit is placed above the door. Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi/ Steam shower cabin to enjoy a refreshing and relaxing Jacuzzi after a tiring day (of doing absolutely nothing); listening to your music you choose using the inbuilt Jacuzzi radio. Apart from the Jacuzzi, there is a nicely designed marble countertop surrounding the designer wash basin and water mixer. The washing machine is discretely hidden in the bathroom in a fitted wardrobe opposite the wash basin. Apartment Manager We have an apartment Manager who is available 24 hours a day in case of emergency call outs. The name and telephone number of the Apartment Manager can be found in the apartment and will also be given to you upon confirmation of your booking. The Apartment Manager will meet you at the airport and will arrange a taxi for you (unless you select to hire a car) and escort you to the apartment where he/she will explain to you the layout of the apartment and surrounding area. On departure day the Apartment Manager will again meet you at the apartment to wish you a good journey back home and receive back the key of the apartment. Arrival - Departure time The apartment will be occupied at 3:00 pm of the day of arrival and will be vacated by 12:00 noon of the day of departure. If the apartment booking schedule permits, check in and check out times can be modified to suit you better, but this can only be done by prior agreement with the owners of the apartment. Location: Yakovos apartment is situated right on a superb strip of beach along Larnaca - Dekelia road just after the 5 star Hotel "Golden Bay". The beautiful town of Larnaca is a 10 minute drive away, while Larnaca International airport is a 20 minute drive away. Opposite the apartment you have the choice of two Supermarkets, while a vast selection of continental and local restaurants and local pubs situated along the Larnaca -Dekelia road are either a walking distance from the apartment or within 5 minutes by car.
